The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, jili89 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You agree to provide documentary proof of identity, age, and residential address upon request. Acceptable documents include a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued ID, recent utility bills showing your residential address, and a live selfie photograph holding your identification document. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is complete.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The Company reserves the right to downgrade or revoke VIP status if a member is found to be in violation of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using jili89 Services and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment credentials, creating accounts using false identity information, or engaging in any form of payment fraud or chargeback abuse.
• Money Laundering: Using jili89 Services to process, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activities or to otherwise facilitate money laundering.

8. Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

The Company does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.< /p>

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jili89 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your jili89 account during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Technical Issues

In the event of system malfunction, network interruption, or any technical error that affects game outcomes or account balances, jili89 reserves the right to void affected wagers and restore accounts to their pre-malfunction state. The Company will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify affected users and resolve technical issues promptly, but shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such malfunctions.

8.4 Dispute Resolution

If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration laws. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English or Filipino language as mutually agreed. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by User

You may close your jili89 account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds in your account balance. Any active bonuses will be forfeited upon account closure. Accounts with pending wagering requirements or active disputes cannot be closed until such matters are resolved.

9.2 Termination by Company

jili89 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of our Services. Upon termination by the Company, you will forfeit any remaining account balance, pending winnings, and bonus funds. The Company may also report suspected criminal activity to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive (no login or gaming activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be deemed dormant. The Company reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of ₱200.00 on dormant accounts until the account balance reaches zero. Accounts with zero balance that remain inactive for twenty-four (24) months may be permanently closed.

10. Modification of Terms

10.1 Right to Modify

jili89 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification or prominent notice on the jili89 website at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of jili89 Services after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.2 Review Obligation

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the beginning of this document indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

10.3 Rejection of Changes

If you do not agree to any modification of these Terms, you must discontinue use of jili89 Services and close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the Services after the effective date will be deemed acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
